I just got my build number: 3241, 28 April 2004 Black and in the UK.

 

Mine is SVT #807, 1999, RED, First of the first! with someones 03 engine/03 rearend from a wrecked donor with 16,000miles

 

Well looks like I have the earliest build of the 04's registered here yet!
