Over the last year I have gotten to this setup.
2# upper
Frankenplenum
K&N w/ fresh air hoses
Modified stock air box
TR6 plugs
FTVB
no tune
When the Predator Revision 8r10 was installed last week (91 octane pulley tune) it pinged. With a delta chip it runs fine.

2000 L stock engine with 68,000 miles.
I've been in the 400/500 club since 02.
Lots of mods.
I've been running a KB@16#'s of boost, 55 lb. injectors, SCT MAF for close to a year.
Last time it was dynoed with the pull stopped at 5200 rpm.

My mods are 6# lower, ported blower, tr6's, bassani catback, lfp H/E, drop in K&N, and a custom diablo tune. My corrected numbers as of 4 days ago are 424hp and 519 tq. I have about 6000 miles on the truck with that setup and a total of 26k on the odometer. I drive her every day all day long.
My 2000 had over 83,000 miles on it when sold. about 65K of that with a 4# pulley, headers, filter, chip, line mod, efan, throttle body etc etc etc .
The only real problems I had with it was a few problems with old school caged pulleys, burned 2 spark plugs on a race gas tune that I wasnt told about and I went thru a few transmissions - Part my fault, part bad luck and likely partly due to excessive tranny changes in the tune..
Daily driver - used it to follow the FFW circuit 2 years in a row made 10 events one year and seven the next
I now have a 2004 with 4# pulley, SCT tune from Peformance Research , headers and exhaust. I have over 20k miles on it of daily driving. So combined I have driven the 2 Lightnings over 100k most of that with aftermarket tunes.

My '01 L had enough mods to put it at 440/538 to the wheels. It had 21,xxx trouble free miles when I sold it.
My '02 HD has a built block and KB and makes 525/634 @ 18 PSI and I put 11,000 miles on it from April to January of this year when I parked it. No troubles at all.
