Almost exactly the same mods + 4.10 gears and 22s for about 12,000 miles of daily driving. Lot's of 0-60 fun, since I drive around town mostly.

I'll be stepping up to a Whipple on a stock block with 14-16 lbs of boost. Just waiting on a date for tuning and installation.

I would venture to say I put more miles on mine than most. Its a DD and driven round trip to work twice if not 3 times week which is a 200 mile trip.
2000 with stock block........made the gear change to 3.73's, aluminum drive shaft, traction bars, flowmasters, 6lb lower, chickenears cool-ade, Jlp thunderpipe, changed to 90mm mass air, NGK TR-6, Diablo chip with dyno tune at 400hp for street. truck has 60k miles and over 40k of them was with the 6 lower and a sh*tty mail order tune. Only problem I've ever had was I blew a spark plug a couple years ago.

I lose? Not quite. I've never cheated anyone. The word is spelled "Warranty". It's in the dictionary, look it up. I have been called worse by better people so save your insults.

My apologies to the thead starter, mods and others here for voicing my opinion but people like this are sad.

Sad ? Why?

I take my truck in with 2 holes in the block, still modded and they gladly warranty the problem with a reman, oh wait you would have told them not to file a claim but that you were gonna pay yourself........ya rite

Daily driver here, 3K+ since Preditor Diablo 91 Oct. 4lb'er, KN cold air kit, tr-6 IX, DynoMax Super Turbos, 02L w/42K on speedo, Stock Block that I'm aware of. Don't get on it much, (scared of blowing it don't have a custom tune yet) runs strong as hell though when I do.

My first L - 03 KB and every mod available 16lbs boost, 12.1 af, 14 degrees, stock shift points 496/562 at rear, sold and de-modded at 12,000 miles problem free.

My current L - 99 minor mods, filter, 5lb pulley 13lbs boost, predator 11.1 af, 14 degrees, stock shift points 380/480 at rear, I only have 3000 miles on my L - I bought her with 12500 she is now 15,500. Other mods not mentioned.

I think I could push my '99 much further, but just not in the cards for now.

D-Day

I need a typing class and you need a dictionary. You can also work on your ethics. Maybe you can get 2 for 1 at the bookstore.
