Not sure if what happened to you was a blowout but I had the same kind of experience with my F1’s. I was driving down the road and it was like all of the air let out of my right side front tire. I was only going 30mph or so and was able to pull over onto the side of the road in some grass.

The tire looked like it vertically split on the top most of the sidewall. I took it to discount tire and they noticed that there were little one inch cracks inside the tire along the outside where the sidewall meets the bottom. I couldn’t see any until he put it on the floor and pushed on it and I could see these little one inch cracks every 3 inches or so. And the crack where it split was in the same pattern as the one the split all the way thru. He removed the other tire same problem. Then he removed the rears and they had the same problem.

I explained to him that I always took good care of the truck always changing the fluids, checking tire pressure etc...

He said they tires carry a warranty no matter who you but them from. He prorated the tires according to tread depth and put the amount toward a set of Nitto's. He said he was going to send them back to Goodyear for inspection.

I had a 2003 Lightning

All of the damage looks like curb-hopping and off-roading. The rest seems to be unknown speculation, creating attention.

Cool

Glad to hear that you're OK, chic. Parts can be replaced (or upgraded) but you cannot.

Like everyone said the most important thing is that your OK

If your wheelbace is off you might have bent a front A arm or something. I doubt you did much more than that.

Maybee we can set up a pay pal account, and each donate 5-10 bucks to help you pay for 2 new wheels and tires.
