Thanks everyone for the kind words. I have spoken with the insurance company and they seem very helpful and friendly. Is that a bad sign>??? HaHa.
They asked if I was injured, I told them I was a little sore, which is expected. They said if I need to see a doctor go ahead. I am not that type of person so I am going to wait and see how I feel tomorrow. They said "all coverages are open here, medical, rental and damage." They said I should see an inspector this week. I left the truck at work since I am not to keen on driving around in a vehicle with a tweeked frame. I also want to be able to put it up in the air when they come to show everything. I hope it all works out and I feel better in the morning. I am hurting physically and mentally. -Mat-

(not unless they dont have a Lic or Ins) I guess it's ok to smash into people here ???
Is new york a no fault state also? Oklahoma is, and I think that is half the reason insurance is so high here.

Just look up if you look down something else will go wrong, so look up and his insurance should cover all of your damages, just don't sign the check till everything is seed and done... Pictures of the bed.

These two are of where the bed is rippled behind the wheel wells.

Last one the bow is hard to make out, the picture came out blurring.

In some states, called no-fault states, insurance companies are legally required to pay a policyholder's covered losses, regardless of who is at fault in an accident. Some no-fault states also restrict the right to sue for damages.

In states without no-fault regulations, the insurance company covering the person who caused an accident is forced to pay for covered losses.

in certain I know OK, if an accident happens in a parking lot the cops will not write a ticket to anyone. they just write a mishap report and let the insurance companies fight it out. unless someone is being stupid like doing donuts and run into a car or something along those lines.

that is what happened when someone tapped my front bumper and I actually was lucky enought to confront the person who did it, hadn't left yet. he said he didn't do it. it was clear his front license plate bolts were dented into my plastic. the cops just came out and wrote a incident report and I had to submit all the stuff to both insurance companies. State farm (my company)was on my side and said if the other insurance company did not want to pay they would have persued a lawsuit. luckily since I stayed in good contact with the other insurance company and the other dolt who hit my truck said he wasn't at fault and wouldn't pay for it. I still got his insurance info and contacted them, he never contacted his insurance company, intially or when they tried to contact him to see if he would refute the claims I made, he never contacted them back. that in itself labeled him guilty by his insurance company and the settled the claim without my insurance having to get into it.

It buckled right behind the hitch. It's really surprising how much rigidity the hitch adds to the rear.

Sorry to see that Matt, I know I have talked briefly at the track in the past.
It seems no matter how careful we are, we can't alway protect against the other guy.

Yeah we have spoken at the track before.
Just seems like you can't keep anything nice, ever.
Same waste of life threw something at the hood of my Avalanche a while back and now that has 2 dings in it. I just don't understand. -Mat-
