My best kill is when I got killed. I had a modded 96 impalaSS. Not knowing what the new lightnings had I ended up next to a either a 99-00 lightning. It was a real sharp looking truck. Thinking they had the same but newer engine like the 93-95 model I figured I had no problem. Wrong. The light turned green and that thing screamed and immediately jumped several car lengths on me. I was like WTF. Eight months later I bought a 2000L and haven't looked back. On a side note I had always been a chevy man but everytime Chevy or GMC come out with something good they end up screwing it up. So I switched to Ford and got the Lightning. Nothing compares with the looks I get in my truck.

I think my favoritest kill was in my 90 GT. I had just picked up my girl from her house and was turning left onto a long parkway in Hampton when I noticed a TT 3000GT next to me. Got the light and he got ahead of me since he was more in the throttle around the turn. I was prob about 1/2 car back when we nailed it. Didn't go anywhere in first then rode 2nd gear out and nailed the 2/3 shift and instantly pulled by him and proceeded to put 2 cars on him before the next light. The thing that sticks in my mind is 1.) I could hear his BOV b/w shifts 2.) I looked over at him and his boy when I nailed 3rd and the look on his face was priceless! Something like this ---> He asked what I had done at the light and I replied "gears and exhaust". He said "Man, nobody's ever beat me like that before!" Hahahaha...the whole time my girl is loving all of this. That was also my first time racing with her in the car.

 

best kill: My buddy in his dad's stock c5 6mt. we ran from a dig to 95 and i had him by a car length. He couldn't shift for shEEt tho. The best part was he's this stuck up little b@stard talking all this crap about how his corvette was so freaking fast and i didn't have a chance. Granted he was reeling me in, but it definitely shut him up for a while. (I was in the L)

worst defeat: Trying to Race my Roommates Buell XB9 with exhaust/engine calibration/air filter. The bike weighs 385lbs without him on it.100+ hp. Oh yeah, i was also in my Chevy Colorado (got dam i miss the L ) He went half throttle shifting at 5k (redlines at 7500ish) and put multiple bus lenghts on me... Those buell's sound amazing too.
