WHen I was about 17 years old I just got the scope on my .22 perfectly lined up. I saw a little tweety bird on the power lines about 1/4 miles away. HONESTLY.
I aimed and fired and dropped that little birdy.

Best Shot I ever made.

my greatest kill was in las vegas speedway this last summer. it was over a 100* my last run of the night. lined up with a striped roll cage tubbed out fiberglass bodied 55 chevy

i cut a near perfect light and run down the track at a 11.505 and he never caught me

the best he could run was a 11.8 which in that heat was his personal best

the best part is he loaded his car on a trailor and i drove mine home 200 miles that night

i talked to the driver and his son later that night and they loved the truck and admitted that it really frosted thier *****

Both involved motorcycles.

Best kill was with my '65 Mustang in the mid-'70s. A guy who lived down the street from me pulled up to a stop sign on his Harley Davidson motorcycle as I pulled up at the opposite side of the intersection in my Mustang. I was turning left and he was turning right -- i.e.: we would both end up going the same direction. I went first, and he immediately tried to catch me from behind. I let him get close enough that he started to pull out to pass, then I floored it. I immediately jumped ahead and continued to pull away fairly quickly until about 100 MPH, when he waved and broke off the chase. Although he was a Chevy guy, I heard afterwards that he was telling people to "watch out for that maroon Mustang!"

Worst I got killed was just a couple months ago. I was in the L at a stop sign, getting ready to make a turn onto a wide, straight back road, when the guy behind me on a Japanese bike (don't know what kind -- not that much into bikes) started revving his engine. I told my wife, "This guy wants to race, but don't worry -- he'll pass me so quick that the race will be over in no time." I knew I'd lose, so I thought I'd just have some fun, anyway. Sure enough, when we took off, he gave me a couple seconds and then shot by me like I'd dropped an anchor. He then popped the front wheel off the ground and continued his wheelstand for at least 1/4 mile at a speed that I'm sure topped 100 MPH (I had given up at 80). I told Barb, "We're going to end up running over pieces of this jackass," but he actually brought the front end back down gently and continued to shrink in the distance.

My favorite - one day my wife called me and said the horses needed some hay - normally we used her truck for that, so I stopped by the feed store and loaded up 2 bales of hay. On the way home I saw a guy I knew that had a Porsche Carrera 4S, he asked if I wanted to run as there was no cars ahead of us for a mile or better, I said go when ready - we jumped on it and I walked him by a couple truck lengths. When we slowed down, he said that he was in too high of a gear before and down shifted and said let's go again, same result I walked him by a couple lengths.

So the next day I called him at work to rub it in a bit, I said the worst part is that your 70/80K Porsche got spanked by a 30K pick-up truck with two bales of hay in the back.

Had a race Saturday nite against a 350Z......now normally I waste these things, so I was really surprised when we took off from the light....(he waited for me.....what a guy)
Light turns green and we both ease into it then stomp it at the same time......I'm hoping to start pulling away from him, but he is right next to me.
He shifts and I hear "pshh" and then he pulls about a foot ahead. When he shifted, I would pull ahead, then he would gain it back.
Unfortunately, I had to let off because of a bend in the road......he didn't. So he kept going. Wouldn't call it a loss, but it sure was a good race.
That car was strong...... I so need a pulley and a chip.

He had a few thousand dollars in upgrades..... I am virtually stock.

Best kill was an integra with the full gammet of ricer upgrades. He thought he was gonna put the L "to bed"..... I don't think so.

Greatest kill: I races my buddy's Gen. 3 Twin Turbo RX-7 and got him by 1.5 truck lengths two times in a row.

Been Killed: Raced my buddy's street bike from a dead stop, first run he got me by 2 truck lengths, second run he killed me by like 4 or 5 truck lengths.

Best kill: Two young teenage guys with those stupid mesh hats and a bunch or messy hair sticking out of them in a silver manual trans Porsche 911 (non-turbo 996 body.) We met up first in line at a red light way out west of Austin (rich people out there mostly) and they revved on me and kept rolling back a few feet, then charging forward and stopping at the line. Over and over. They were looking at me like they were about to eat my lunch, laughing and smirking etc...

Light goes green and I pull a half a length right away, then continue to pull to a 3 length lead by 100mph. We both had to stop for the next light and I s#*t you not, they stopped a full 3 or 4 lengths back and took off as slow as possible. They never came along side me again.

Worst death: I see a set of headlights bobbing and weaving through traffic one night a few months back. I stop at the red light and this black 2nd gen Eagle Talon pulls up next to me, well, tries to at least. He was in such a rush to catch up to me that he blew half way through the intersection and had to back up. I'm thinking to myself, "Aw man, the ultimate retard ricer" I couldn't wait to light him up.

Green light - he's all wheel spin and I put 2 lengths on him in no time. Then I hear it. The loudest screaming turbo I've ever heard in my entire life blows past my driver's side window at an insanely alarming rate. He must have been pushing 25+ psi on that damn thing. Put a bus or two on me instantly. Keep in mind I'm still wide open throttle in the Lightning at this point, and he just blew past me, from 3 cars back, like I was parked.

I had a CAI, catback, Predator tune, and a 2lb lower for both of the above.

My best kill was the other day on my 05' ZX6R. I was in a two lane pulling onto a straight 2 lane highway right along the ocean. Right beside me was a LOUD F-Body and we were in the front. I always practice wheelies on this stretch, so I didn't even think about the car. I pulled out to do a sit down first gear power wheelie and just when I set up for it, I hear this thing nail it and pull beside me. It was right when I hit it though so I stood it up and pulled away from him. I set it down though and actually concentrated on racing. Hit second and see ya. The best part was his window was down. It was a fonze looking dude that just grinned when I passed him with my wheel at his head! Best kill in L, at the strip running a single cab chevy that was talking mad chit before the run. I put about 5 lengths on him in the 1/8. Not the fastest vehicle I've beat, but the most gratifying.

another great kill, i put a whipple blower on a 04 ranger (little bro's truck)

we went to a track in socal (lacr) wendsday night grudge

my brother lines up with an integra R, its his first time at the track. he cuts a pretty good light and he gets the jump on the ricer.

by 60' the ricer takes the lead, the little ranger finaly gets traction and pulls back in front and runs away from him for a win by 3 tenths

everyone in the stands was screaming

Best Kill at the strip was a Turbo NSX i was at Famoso in the staging lanes and heard them say you can easily take the lightning there not that fast! Well lucky me we got lined up together. The guy was sleeping at the light and i put about a truck on him ran a 12.76 to his 12.96. I saw him in the stageing lanes after words and asked him "Lightning arent fast are they".

Best kill on the street would be this guy who has a Hemi ram. First time i saw him i spun bad but pasted him put a truck on him. I saw him a few weeks later just got back from the strip and i still had 104 in the tank plus my bed was full of slicks, tools, air compressor etc. He flew up to meet me at the light so i had my wife switch my chip to race. He asked my wife if my truck really ran 12's and god bless her she replied " Your about to find out". On green I feathered it to about 30 then mashed it put 4 trucks on him. when he pulled up at the next light his reply was " Your right". I talked to the guy later found out he had a chip, full exaust, and DR's on.
