forget the plenum, TB, and air tube, get your eaton ported and have your tuner leave torque reduction on in your tune for your trans, you'll lose a tenth or so but its better for your trans.

My tranny just went out with less then 5,000 miles at a little over 400hp. 23,000 total miles on truck. If you want more hp go with a 6# lower. It's cheep and will get you where you want to be... There are guys running 425 or so all over the place with a stock block. Good luck.

I think most people go to steigemeier to get their blowers ported. I think its around $495, with a 4lb or 6lb lower you should be able to get the numbers you want. do a search for steigmeier. heres the LINK and if you have the $$$ then a set of longtube headers would be nice.

Steig has an exchange plan. They'll send you a ported blower and when yu send them your's they will give you your core charge back.

I'm at 435/522 6#, Apten ported, BPU. (Basic Performance Upgrades)

I agree with those who say skip the throttle body and plenum. what you save there will pay for the port. Just go to the 6# and save yourself replacing the 4 with a 6. Change plugs to a colder type I like the ngk br7ef 's. Get a safe tune from Sal at psp and you will be in business. I'll post my dyno sheet with the mods your looking at. also stock block 6#

Definitely go with the porting. I got mine done at Steig....and made 440 rwhp on my street tune on a Mustang Dyno (450+ on race tune).
