I had a tick sound just a couple of days ago coming from the right front tire. I thought it was an exhaust leak. Only found out later, once the spark plug shot out of the head, that it was a spark plug loose. SO maybe check that first.

Did you find it yet? I have a ticking noise at low speeds that you can barely hear with the engine on. I got up to 20 mph and shut it down to let it coast. The ticking was obviously there and when I hit my brakes, it went away. Let go of brakes and it comes back. I've written it off as a sticky caliper or cheap brakes. I'll get to the bottom of it when I get the brakes done next month. Good luck.

Nope, I still don't know WTF it is. Sometimes it's there, other times it's not.

I don't think you need to hide in the back to do that, Rob

It was not on an L... but I did the thing with sticking your head out the window after I heard a droning sound in my cab. It ended up being a hub bearing going out.

Get some help, Have Rob ride in the bed of your truck to see if he can locate the noise. You can have him "bark" every now and then to continue to treat him like the dog that he is....

Like RED 92 said, make sure the pulley is tight.
Otherwise, I believe wheel bearings tick when they go bad, but I can't imagine why you would have a wheel bearing problem on such a new vehicle.
My '03 came with a loose plug. It doesnt' hurt to check... given the consequences.
