This post should be put in the 'Hall of Fame' of posts.

11.0s on a stock block.

There is not enough words to descibe that feat.

Honestly I had my doubts about choosing a Lightning motor but post like this give me hopes and make me feel like achieving 9's may not be as hard as I thought.

It will be interesting to see what it looks like inside when it comes out and torn down here soon.

Finally had a chance to run my truck tonight with the NX Maximizer progressive controller. First run it still had some glitches in the first and second gear programming. Went 11.45@121.XX. A few tweaks with the laptop and it was smooth as silk. Unfortunately I only got the 2 runs because I know it will go 10.99999999 with just a tad more aggressive ramping or without a headwind. Damn wind was blowing pretty gusty head on.

Oh well good enough to take the stockblock & tranny record.

Eric
Eric, Congrats man! I knew you would lay down some serious numbers! Simply amazing. Best of luck on bettering the time. You shouldn't have trouble with that 10. -Mat-

Thanks Mat, you have always been supportive of me reaching my goal even when you held the record (which was quite a while). Hopefully I get another shot at it before it comes out or blows up!!
