Talking THIS IS ONE RACE I WANNA SEE

Think of an open door...........
Slaming the door wide open, or swinging the door wide open. See the difference it would make on the surrounding door frame?

I ran 21lbs on a stock long block for many miles. It was dyno tuned and I refrain from those 55mph kickdown. Now with the ported heads and same pulley combo, Iam running 18 lbs boost. But I know how to fix that problem

**EDIT**
Oh yeah, that Lightningrodder Low Budget Beast will be getting its *** handed to him (April 16 @ SSOTN Spring Nationals) by the F150online Lower Budget Beast Slayer if he shows up
I will be there to see this race

Remember it's not peak HP that counts it is the Space UNDER the curve! if the KB produces more power at lower RPM's then it will have more space under the curve.

With that being said. The Most bang for the buck award goes to MP.
The KB does produce more power at lower rpms, which i believe is more harmful to a S/B truck over time, especialy on those 50+ mph kickdowns ect, ect.

But for us with stock blocks that cant yet afford a built bottom or even the KB, the MP is a great option.

My stock fuel system is pegged with the MP making 463/530 street tune and daily driver 2.7 upper,4# lower, twin 100mm idlers, 67" Gates belt and no LT's.

I do need a MP bracket as well as a new belt tentioner since my boost has fell off lately (18 to 15) within about 3k miles or so due to belt slippage/glazing.

Im actually saving up for a 4 valve to see how hard I can really spin this MP with that high reving 4v.

I am thinking of going this route:
Magnum Powers Blower case
Magnum Powers Idler brace
Dual 255 Fuel pumps
60# Injectors
SCT Big Air MAF/Diablo MAFia?
Would this be good for 500HP on my stock block?

Sounds like an awesome plan and similar to the route Im going. At that power level its all in the tune, I would highly suggest a dyno tune. With the pumps, injectors, and maf you are definatley building some protection for it. We have the injectors and SCT maf on sale untill the end of April right now.

Thats a very interesting comment. I did't realize the MP was capable of making that kind of power.

The Fridge ran 10.99 with about 580 to the tire. Gator just made that on his street tune.
