I am looking to get the black finish with blue l.e.d.
What do you think about the mounting options ( button screw vs. double sided tape) I don't like the look of the buttons but I assume they are more permanent than tape. What kind do you have? If you have the screw type, what do they screw into?

It also says it attatches to an existing kit? Will that work with most any kit that looks like that one they have. I'm not sure what model kit was installed in mine...

It also says SVT Lightning is a lettering option for $2, does he have any pics of that option made?

If you don't know just let me know and i'll email the company myself. Thanks

Jon

I have some of the MGW satin billet stuff in my truck so I ordered the the brushed aluminun plate with the blue LED. My alpine has a blue lighting to it so I think they will look great together.

I also ordered the "SVT Lightning" script. I wll post some pics of it when I get it installed.

Cool, keep us posted...

Did you order the stick on or the button screws?

I ordered the stick on, if he uses the 3m double sided tape it wont go anywhere. That stuff is like cement.

Anyone get one of these things yet? Also, is the website saying that it only works with that certain dash kit? Or will if fit with others?

Installing mine this weekend. Mine's different though, with a cutout below the head unit for an EQ. Not as impressive looking as the original face plate, but it sure looks a whole lot better than the cheap plastic faceplate that comes with the standard installation kit.

Yep, that's the kit!
ANY car stereo shop (even Circuit City/Best Buy) should have them for around 15 bucks.

I'm hoping to get my "new" revision kit soon. Can;t be having you guys with the good looking ones when I was the guy that started this whole thing

Post pics when you get em guys!
