Stock L vs Duramax

What are my chances and the best way to run my stock L against a '01 Duramax diesel with a Banks 6 gun tuner with speed loader. (supposedly the latest and greatest thing for diesels.)
Thanks for responses.

As long as you get a good launch you'll take him. But those things are stout with the banks controler.

(pull your front sway bar for a little help at the line )

don't know how relevant it is but i've seen a powerstroke with banks tuning and a cat back run 13.9... so the diesel's are definitely capable of hanging with a stock L when properly modded. I tend to agree though that they wont hang after 100

A 6.0 PSD Ford with appropriate tuning will lay down a mid 13 second ET and run up to 135mph with no problem.

Very impressive...are those one time only runs? Or are they reliably run daily...amazing to see such a big truck move so fast.

My 05 Cummins has the following

HTB2 Turbo
Stock exhaust
Intake
One TST Chip

Lays down 491RWHP 822 RWTQ

Should run a LOW 13 in 4wd...

A 01-03 DMax will run 12.5-13.0 w\ a TTS programmer ONLY!!!

WATCH OUT, A diesel can BEAT YOU!!!!

I find this hard to believe. What exactly is a TTS programmer?

My 05 6.0 van has run mid 14s with horrible 2.5 60fts. With a proper launch, it's a 13.90 truck easy. It's bone stock, just with a tune. No exhaust, no filter, nothing.

BTW, if anyone out there has an 04 Duramax, I have a nice performance package for sale for one. Predator, intake system, and full Bassani exhaust. Ordered it for a local customer who sold his truck before having the work done. E-mail me if interested.
