I'm no expert just because I have one, but if the cobra is stock and all you have is a chip, I wouldnt call bs on you hanging with him, if not putting a car on him.
One thing I must say is the Cobra has way more 60-100 than the Lightning. I remember racing some LS1's and the only way I'd get them 0-120 was when I got them enough out of the whole that they couldnt catch up. But from a roll it's tough in the lightning.
Again man, congrats on hangen with the Cobra. They are quick cars.
