Though Jason is a great guy, I must say that I sent it in behalf of Charles Warner.

You see Charles and MP have stuck by me through all my growing pains. Always remember that a friend in need is a friend in deed!

Merry Christmas

Jason,
I sent you a couple of emails. I agree with Suavy, put that dremel away for now. The real power is in our new cross brace with the adjustable idler pulley that will stop the belt slippage and spinning that puppy faster with Suavy's "little Christmas Cheer", well I'd call it "Really Really Big Christmas Cheer"!!!

Charles

I agree with the Step away from the Dremel opinions.
You know, there's a reason I'm not allowed near little girls, sharp objects, and dremels

I'm getting ready to go to another ship, that hopefully has a good machine shop. I swear Suavy.....I'm going to make a pulley just a little bigger than yours, just for braggin rights! Not that I could ever use it....but I would enjoy "whipping out" the pic of my bigger plate, everytime you show that pic with a quote of "Mine's bigger!"

At this level of pressure and with this type of compressor I'd suggest opening the inlet side as much as your upper plenum will allow. Then on the outlet side I'd skin it maybe 1mm deep and then just smooth/blend the radii.

Whip good luck!

As it stands the stock fan nut that connects to the water pump had to be turned down cuz the pulley would not go on. The only other way to go bigger is to run the short shaft water pump with an e-fan. Not to mention the tranny lines had to be moved and the pwr steering hose had to be moved.

I looked into getting some rough billit stock to make another one air craft grade. Cost just for round air craft billit wat about 300. for one ft.
One other thing I did not have this pulley made. This pulley was purchased from GTheel. I have had 2 others made localy (smaller)

Peace, Suavy:santa:
