That is unique to say the least. a straight edge and some knowledge of flow characteristics would be good. When you are ready for a port job that works let me know.

Tim, I have ported around 22 plus Eatons to date. No problems to date. Most of the eatons I have done were done as favors to people or swaps for thier services. All have picked up from 24 to 38 hp, depending upon mods. All were extremely satisfied and thier wallets werent busted. This franken-eaton port design made good power and lived. If I felt it was compromised, I wouldnt of sold it to anyone. Like I said earlier, the port on this eaton was done a little different in an attempt to uncover more of the back rotorpacks. I had this eaton on the dyno as a test bed and was impressed with the results. I have 5 different port designs, heres another.

My post was directed to Outrageous, not you.

A customer complained about an Outrageous port job. No response from Outrageous. It just seemed to me that this issue should be cleaned up before Ourageous can proclaim that "When you are ready for a port job that works let me know."

Exactly! Its the Bernoulli Principle, volume and pressure are inversely proportional. More pressure less volume, more volume less pressure.
Well that ONLY applies when the restriction is the same size....

In the case of porting you are OPENING the restriction so Bernouli gets confused

Since we are trying to increase the air mass - In this case well make it easy and use volume.

X pressure thru y opening = z volume

BUT X pressure thru y+5 opening = Z + unknown factor Volume
