Holy cow, the Franken-Eaton....LOL. Yes this was a proto-type design Eaton done by a vendor than modified by me. It has been put through the rigors of dynos and the port has changed several times. Hence the shape. This ported Franken-Eaton, though not aesthetically beautifull has made more power than any vendor I know and it has been brought into submission and has never siezed.
Form follows function and that thats what this blower emulates. I would of spent more time having her look pretty but its purpose is not to pick up chicks but to scare them and make power while doing some R&D. The inlet is extensively modified, the outlet we found to be only as good as what the inlet can provide it, CFM wise and the different outlet shapes are negligible as far as HP is concerned. The case clearence are beautiful and this blower has never siezed, even with a 10# and 2# combination. Peace

That is unique to say the least. a straight edge and some knowledge of flow characteristics would be good. When you are ready for a port job that works let me know.

hmmm

how much pressure would you have if you hooked up a 2 inch piece of pvc to a garden hose spiket............

Compared to a standard garden hose.............

That's what we are looking at here. I am no expert but i'm gonna say that the blower's effeciency is back in the pile of metal that was cut out of it.

what does pressure have to do with anything? it is airflow we want, CFM, not psi of boost.

which would flow more water, the garden hose or the 2" pvc hooked up to it?

Exactly! Its the Bernoulli Principle, volume and pressure are inversely proportional. More pressure less volume, more volume less pressure.
