as documented on here and NLOC, you should be award that the intake porting is where most of the power gain results from.

Flip that thing over and take some pics of the intake side.

1. I wouldn't trust that, looks like it severly weakened the case.
2. I would demand a refund, Give me a dremmel and I could do the same thing.
3. I'm not saying this to **** you off, simply to warn you that warpage of the blower case, can result in the rotors hitting the case and sending melt into your combustion chamber (provided it gets past the I/C)

Is it just me, or has there been some rotor contact on the upper rear 1/3 of the case already? There seems to be some light scoring of the aluminum there. Maybe it's just the light.

Master of pain, I am glad you got good numbers although it is a hack job it still works. Just think of all the ones who over paid for an apten that is including myself. That apten port is really not that difficult to do and they charge hundreds of dollars. So someone who does a hack job or one who overcharges for a port I see no difference. Good luck

So true so true.

I got mine done for free from a friend that works with CNC machines. I just skected what i wanted with a sharpie and he did the rest. And I did some extra additions with a pencil grinder to the intake side of it. I paid him by having a BBQ and some beer.

I gained 27 rwhp and like 25 tq.

[B]I couldn't find 'Promodag' in the user directory. Who did he say ported the blower? Eaton? Doesn't look like an eaton port job...I'm interested to hear your results...

Is that Promodag or Promod?

I was half asleep this AM when I posted this report, so excuse the username error. The user that engineered this port job is promodlightning. And yes, the intake side is ported and polished quite well.
