Aww, hell. Does this mean that the JLP bars that I've just ordered won't clear the Bassani catback?

I have the Bassani that are supposed to be adjusted, but with them pushed all the way up, I still don't have much clearance.

Is there any harm in driving around with only the driver side bar on? And then when I go to the track, I could more quickly put on just the passenger side bar?

If your truck is lowered.. most likely you are gonna have the clunk... im lowered 3 in the rear.. gonna see if a mandrel bent pipe can be installed somehow to form an upsidedown U...

Rob_02Lightning,
from your pics I think that your front brackets are on backwards.

Others asked about clearance. I have Roush racing suspension, LT headers, 2 high flow cats, Magnaflow exhaust, and JLP arms. From day one I turned or moved the clamps. I have also never had a clearance problem, and never had a clunk.

The Roush Racing suspension went on last, the JLP bars were my first mod.

You didn't have to relocate your JLP bars after lowering your truck? I was waiting to sort out my suspension first before installing bars myself, because I didn't want to get the cart before the horse (for some reason I assumed the geometry or load angles would change slightly). Does it not matter which you install first?
