Yep. It is pretty simple, It took me about and hour and 30 minutes to do mine. I was taking my time, but it always seems to take me longer to do stuff. You will need an inch/pounds torque wrench do install this. I bought one from sears and then took it back the next day, they are good for that kinda thing. You will also need a foot/pounds torque wrench. The directions are simple and clear. If you have any problems hit me up, you have my e-mail.

Thanks for the poop man. While you are sharing knowledge let me ask you something else I am curious about. The L is getting a 2/4ish drop right now,do I need to get shorter swaybars end links or anything? I mentioned its the WC 2" a-arms and 2-5" hanger/shackle kit. I also told ol boy to take the 2d to the shortest leaf out(seems like a coomon moce). Figured it would help the drop process a wee bit.
I rescheduled w/ Randy for 9 Wed morning. Hopefully I get the truck back tomorrow. Its been in the shop since last Wed.
Later homeboy.

Russ, I cant help you with the suspension stuff you are asking about. I really dont alot about suspensions cause I have never worked on any. Hopefully somebody can come along here and help you out though. I wont be able to make it to randy's at 9, but post up some numbers on wed when you get them. Good luck

I've been wanting to get a FTVB for awhile but had a question first. I alreay have a chip installed that has the line pressure turned up for faster shifts. Can i still install the FTVB without reburning my chip to turn off the increased line pressure or will it damage my tranny?

IT will damage teh tranny the way it is now. Turning up the line pressure with software will kill the pump.
