Post Octane numbers

Congratulations with your 04 Lightning.
Wish I had one, well maybe some day.

Octane numbers are different in the US and Europe.
Euro 95 is the same as 90 octane in the US.
98 is the same as 93 octane.
This has do to with RON and MON.

This thread explains it.

West Coast, 6 miles south from The Haque.
I live in the Westland area, growing kopfsalat and wasserbomben.

Vendors!!, hardly, most of the stuff has to be ordered and imported from the US especially Lightning parts I guess.

GermanLightning,

Do not use the pulley tune that comes with the Predator. It is an overly aggressive tune that has blown up more than one engine that I have heard about.

You will benefit from a custom tune anyway tailored specifically for your truck and modifications. They are generally safer.

Contact one of the supporting vendors and they can e-mail you a tune based on your mods that you can download to the Predator. For a fee, of course.

What is about Diablosport, do they build a tune based on my mods. They know their Predator at its best, isn't it???

Not necessarily ... I have heard of some people having
trouble with the initial tunes that were out there. The
"mail order" tunes seem to be the hardest to get right.

You could offer to FLY Sal from PSP over there to tune it !!!

AirRide is manufactured about 100 miles from me. I have a
friend that has the setup on his F150 Xcab ... It seems to
be a nice setup. If you are streeting the truck it is good.

Pulley arrived!!!

Wow, wednesday I ordered the pulley from LFP and today it is arrived, this is cool. Thank you, Mark!!!

Now I only need someone who build me a custom tune and then everything is okay. But no one of the supporting vendors answered my mails til now. I'll try now ridewiththedevil announced in an other thread. Maybe they answer. I've just signed in.

No answer

Why don't the supporting vendors answer???
If they don't want to sell parts to Germany, they can at least mail that they don't do it.
Or do they don't answer American customers, too!!!

I'm a little bit sad about this fact!!!
