rougth idle on start up

over the last week or two i havent driven my truck much. It has sat for days at a time. the few times i drove it it has a surge and wants to die out on the intial start up. It only does it when the engine is cold and has been sitting for at least 24 hours. Any tips or ideas of what this might be.

i've got the exact same problems( rough idle at first after sitting over 24 hrs then it runs great after a few minutes)

Besides the IAC,a tuner i spoke to on the phone said it could also be the COLD START TABLES in the tune and they might need adjusting

well see when i get the Magnum tuned on if i cant get them to work on this by leaving it overnight and tuning in the morning after

ill keep you posted
