Anyone know if Mark at LFP has skipped the country?

He bought some Mustang parts from my son http://www.precisionautoaccessories.com/lightnings.html and never paid him. He will not answer calls or return our e-mail.

If I have to drive to Houston, can someone tell me where he lives? I hate a deadbeat!

In the next month or so my son's company will be a supporting vendor on F150. Right now he does not offer any Lightning parts so I assumed it would be ok to post the link. We do have something exciting in the works. I have the proto parts on my truck but until we have paid Steve the supporting vendor fees I will not show any pics or even give any hints. Mark bought some Mach one parts from my son that he was going to re-sell over two months ago! He has them on his site but I guess he does not intend to pay us for them. I told him (in a phone message) I was going to post that he was a deadbeat if he did not at least contact us but I guess he does not care!

I've never been able to buy something before without paying for it, how are all these vendors doing it?

If you use the search button you can find a lot of information. It may be out of date, but may still be good.

I had purchased severial items without a hitch (except for the usuall lies about a vendor shorting him this or that) but I would get my product a week or so late with the normal excuses. I assumed (and boy did that turn out to be a mistake) that Mark was a honest business man and that he paid his bills. It's my fault for not getting some contact info for some of his other suppliers and seeing how well he pays......or does not pay!

NLOC deleted the thread. I guess as long as he pays them they are not going to let the truth be told! In four years on three different L sites I have NEVER had a thread deleted! A few closed, but not deleted.

I think it is funny that NLOC removed the post you made. If Mark cheats his suppliers he is likely to cheat those who buy from him. I would guess it comes from not having enough money in the bank to cover the costs of running a small business. Yeah, I bought a few things and wasn't cheated until the torque converter incident and others don't have any problems at all. I hope you get your money back.

And all it would have taken to call off the dogs was a simple e-mail or phone call. Nobody can say he's been too busy to respond to us for 75 days!

Thanks for the support Easter. I'm with you, if he would screw his suppliers he would screw a customer if he had the chance.

I don’t want to bash anyone too hard , mostly because Mark was pleasant when I could get a hold of him..... but I wont buy anything from him again just based off the constantly full voice mail box, and no return e-mails.... customer service and response is the most important thing in business... I wouldnt have a company if I didnt bend over backwards for all my customers.

I received something from him Friday of last week. It's only the second thing I've ever ordered from him. Both transactions went off without a hitch.

Sorry to hear about your problems with him ShadowBolt.
I hope he see's this post and takes care of you.

Just spoke to Mark and without getting into any details he said

"He has it taken care of."

So hopefully he does and Jay (said that was your sons name?) and him will get this squared away. Mark says he can call if he wants, just that he is uber busy.

Thanks for the help Kimball!

No matter the excuse....busy or even a death in the family does not buy 75 days of no response at all. I just want our money (with no excuses) and I will never deal with LFP again. JMHO
