dyno results not good
We get a few customers also that get poor dyno results with our nitrous kits and are ready to sell everything also and say what a waste of money. Then we calm them down and figure out why the power isn't there and they are happy as ever again. I'm not sure what is wrong with your truck but if the aftermarket parts you bought are proven on many other trucks then you didn't waste your time and money on them. here are some tips.
1) Look at the areas that were modified and make sure they were done properly.
2) Spark strength along with the proper plugs are often overlooked. You can waste a lot of power with just misfiring.
3) Is your Chip tuned for the new mods?
4) Is your combination done correctly? Adding aftermarket parts doesn't equal power if the parts don't work in sync and compliment one another. Example: You can put a huge blower on but if the heads and exhaust were never opened up to flow better you will be limited on the gains.
5) If you stuck with one tuner to provide the parts for you then they should be the ones to sort out your problems as their knowledge should be included with your purchase. This is the whole point of buying from a so called expert in my opinion.

I didn't see anyone say this but did you reflash your chip again for the Mods you have now. I don't see any were in your post that you did that. "first time i went to the dyno with a lower4, 90 maf, reflash and filter i shot a 384 hp and 479trq. now i added long tubes, a poted blower, upper 2, TB, heat exchanger, thunder pipe and the dyno results came as 381 hp and 454 trq"
So that tells me that the chip is still set for the Mods that you had and not the new ones.

But remember in my case this is prob why I havent blown up yet, thats why it's staying exactly where it is

Plus of course with Nitrous you want more fuel being thrown at it

As said, you should have 50% more boost than you have EASY.
Look it all over, something is wrong as many said, and yes the Boost Butterfly is known for this, (the linkage is prob bent, or a vac line incorrect)

Like I said I have no idea, it was only an Idea and thats it, but wasnt it Rob02 himself that said he was snubbed around 50 hp because his A/F's wouldnt even read above 10??
I'm still going with the boost actuator on this. I removed mine when i sent the blower out and and even if you marked where the holes where, there's no way to get it adjusted correctly unless starting from scratch.
