New Idler Pulley Options???

Ok, i cleaned out and repacked my idlers last week and i'm getting squeeling again. I think the bearing just won't spin fast enough when they are cold and the belts is rubbing across the pulled rather the the pulley rotating with it.

What is out there for aftermarket idlers.

I saw JDM's, which are a metco 100mm unit. Anyone have any recommendations as far as experience with them. I remember seeing someone's web page that had colored idlers. That would be cool.

I just got some from RPM Outlet. They look like good pieces.

Or you could pop the old bearing out and go to a bearing house like Motion Industries and I think they cost under $5. for a new bearing.

Does BilletFlow make an auxillary idler that works on the lightning?

No that is incorrect. That bracket is for the Cobra. YOu can purchase the idlers separate and get the Metco bracket.

We do not sell Billetflow.
