Lightnings come from the factory with spinning wheels.

Buy one and then mash the gas.

On a different note. My friend has a x-type and he just got these new spinners on it (and crued he is white) and they look really good. There is the normal rim (5 spoke split) then a black mesh adn then the 5 spoke spinner. No chrome. It looks really good.

There are a few spinners I like but most I don't. I hate the new ones that are all chrome. Too much.

Do black rims look good on a red or black L?

If you can polish the lip, and leave any rivits (if aftermarket) polished as well..

Those are the spinners I hate. Chrome wheels with chrome spinner. I am guessing it is bagged which doesn't look horrible but not on a lightning. Lowered a little but not tucking like that.

Something along these lines

here are the spinners on the whtie lightning near me

Most of them have speed limits

I think they are only rated for 80 mph or so ....

Spinners are so "yesterday".....

"Floaters" are the next new thing! ...wheel stays still when truck is moving... making the truck look like its, well, floating!

They make lots of choices for wheels for a reason, people have different opinions. I think they are a bit " from the hood" for me but who cares what I think, you won't get very far following the herd, be a trendsetter, if you dig em' go for it!

I think for a lightning I would rather have the black rims and maybe a truck like a Ram or something like that for the spinners.

Floaters, who makes those?
