Hey Jeff you might want to change the GALVANIZED fitting for a brass one. with the aluminum and different metals you will get whats called galvanic action in that fitting. Which will cause rust and carrosion even in a closed system. Great job gonna try it myself. Artie

So what is the refresh rate on the sensor like hooked up to the I/C? I know as the outside temp sensor if you would pull out of a cool garage and drive around outside where it's hot the gauge won't increment by 1 but will actually jump several degrees over a certain time period...like between 5-10 seconds refresh. Just wondering since it kinda has a more fluctuating environment now if it acted differently? Thanks.

Made a slight change. Still should get a brass tee but this is the look for now...
