Ok this is a 2 part Post,
My beech has been in my L ONCE in all the time I've had it.
And she broke my ***** the entire drive, slow down, are you crazy,
why are you showing off.
My son was sitting between us and he finally said, My Daddy isn't even touching the gas pedal. Then he said, Daddy go fast, maybe a few minutes later we were stopped at one of my favorite stop signs, I rolled out and WOT it (my sons always ready for the pin to the seat experience), but she wasn't, hehehehehehehehehehe.....................
She looked over and said something really nasty like,
ok thats it, let me out, bla bla bla.....

Now the beech is talking about when are we gonna get married "YIKES" maybe life together, "DOUBLE YIKES" bla bla bla .

My opinion, that type of Women and my Love for Cars and Speed, simply don't go together, and could never marry.
Any of you guys dating or married to opposites ????

That's one HUGE Beech! My wife gets a little goofy too if I go fast.

 

If everything is proportionate in size, I think you'd have to.

 

i have the same problem as you with your woman. she will ride in it as i do a ot of the driving if we are together, but if i don't slow down much for those freeway exchange ramps, she has a panic attack, and screams at me. i take them at 65-70 mph with her in the L, and at 80-90 mph by myself. if i race somebody, it scares the sh$t out of her. like when i left the car show, i had a chance to run against a cadillac cts-v. having never seen one on the street, and really liking it at the car show, i decide to see how well it runs. i ran him p to 130 mph, and she was holding the oh sh$t handle, screaming at the top of her lungs at me, luckily, i could barely hear her over the exhaust and whine i have been with her almost 5 years, but we argue everytime i drive fast, and i never drive slow this girl drives me nuts

nope no problems for me......but then again I dont have a girlfriend to have to worry about the complaining. LoL

BTW- I have no problems that you speak of. Hell Teri drives the Cobra faster then I drive the L. LOL.

 

All very interesting.... my other half loves to drive our Lightning. Notice I said our Lightning. Both of us paid for it and in addition she loves to go to the track with me and any of the Fun Ford events. She like car shows and all that stuff. Guess I'm lucky

Oh... did I say when she drives the Lightning it's hard to get that grin off her face.

 

The first time I let my fiance drive the L, she put the pedal to the floor and told me she wants one of her own.

But seriously, if she wants to marry you.......you better jump on it.
With your health and forgetfulness, you need somebody to watch out for you and Jr. Ofcourse, your the biggest handful of the two

My wife loves driving fast, she's getting into drag-racing... But she hates, I mean HATES, the thought of spending a dime on a vehicle to make it go faster.

It's a constant struggle.

 

As soon as I found a woman who didn't freak when I doubled the speed limit (on the freeway), I married her.

Now she's pregnant and so I drive like friggin old lady...go figure?

 

My girl only complains when she should, she keeps me in check when I am getting out of control. I let her borrow it once without me and she came back with the truck and a speeding ticket double the posted speed limit!!!!!!!!!!!
