This was there response:
these are low mileage take-outs- 2000-2001 vintage. truck freight is approx. 100-125.00.


Not sure but I think I want to stick with an 02/03 block. I heard they are a little thicker

They told me $150 on my shipping, but they have some deal with the shipping companies, so they get a great discount... I would expect it not to be more than the $75 I posted earlier.

Yeah, the '02-up blocks are of thicker material, but I remember JDM running into problems on some of 'em when boring 'em out. Seems Ford took some of the material away from the cylinder walls on the earlier blocks and during a .020 bore people were blowing holes in the cylinder walls. Don't know if Ford has corrected this or not.

Are you talking about the 01 blocks or the 02/03 blocks blowing holes in the cylinder wall?

I'm sorry... wrote "earlier" instead of "later" ('02-up).
