I would make a mold if I knew how. Can a mold be made of the final piece after I do all the bodywork?

Konig, the Sponge rules! You should stop by the garage tomorrow night and see all the polished parts I now have. The GReddy catch can is completed now with a custom mounting system that is all powdercoated and polished. I recently got a Moroso Coolant overflow can and polished the hell out of it, it's came out real good. The custom pulley for the alternator finally came in and polished out great also. The blower is final polished again and waiting to be installed. Since I am crazy, I repolished the billet pulley on the blower and good god did it come out like a 100 times better than before. I ordered a 2nd computer and it's going out next week to get reflashed (BOP). More plastic went out Saterday to Steve to get painted.... smooth wiper cowl and wiper cowl extension. I now only have one last piece of plastic to get repainted, the engine cowl. We will wait till after the engine parts go in to get it painted, don't want to scratch it up when we do the install. In the next few weeks we will be planning one day to install everything. Fred (Flatsman) is gonna help, so the install should go smooth.

extension?

I need to do *something* with my cowl... once I change the side mirrors that will be the only exterior plastic left besides whats under the hood. I dont want to paint the engine pieces...I think Im going to go the CF route on those...but not for a while.

maybe I will swing by tomorrow after work...or later on, since Im in Holiday now its not such a long drive to Jon's

Still working on it... will post pics when I get to the next stage. It's not easy... there's a ton of sanding needed to properly fit the piece correctly.

I'm north of the stadium just off Dale Mabry....
I will try to get back to the gauge cluster.... detailing the blower is taking alot longer than I thought. Just finished polishing all the bolts and completing the catch can system. It's real nice! (pics coming soon)
