Hear is an easy way to avoid this issue ever again:
DRIVE TO HIS HOUSE AND PICK IT UP YOURSELF LIKE I DO
By the way Props to Sal for returning my call at 8:30pm while I was at the Ford dealer. Let me tell you he knows his stuff. I told him what was wrong and he told me what to tell the Ford tech to test for. The Ford guy was like WTF are you on the phone with and how does he know all this stuff. It was cool telling Ford how to check their problems.
I think his call back method of business is a little backwards but if you forget about that and then his service is sick. My last 5 calls to him he did not make a dime off of me and was more than happy to help, he also has driven twice to a dyno to tune my truck out of his way.
