Tobey Beach. 3/28 Long Island and tri-state area
Any one form this board coming there. It is going to be a nice day. plus I would like to meet some of the guys that have lightnings on Long Island.
ok for all u NJ and PA guys....here goes...
NJ TPKE to gothels bridge, exit 12 which is the STATEN ISLAND EXPY
STATEN ISLAND EXPY to the END @ Verranzano bridge
go over bridge, lower level is suggested, and take the exit on the LEFT for the BELT PARKWAY
take the BELT PARKWAY through BROOKLYN and past JFK airport to the SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY, only goes 1 direction EAST
take S-State east to the WANTAUGH PARKWAY and go SOUTH
take WANTAUGH south to the end...BIG MONUMENT called the NEEDLE @ Jones beach, go around the needle to the right and go EAST on the OCEAN PARKWAY
its about 15 min from here on the left side, signs are clearly visable once you get out of the JONES BEACH AREA

My brake pedal is still hitting the floor board, EVEN AFTER PUTTING BRAKES IN IT TODAY (@$#(@#$!(@^#)&*%$@)@$ and I only got one last day to clear the yard so they can install my new pool tuesday. So unfortunatly I can't do nothing tommorrow except think Bleed the Brakes and clean the yard.
BUT
Where exactly are you guys gonna be, in the old OBI parking lot ?
Maybe tommorrow morning I can run over to my parents driveway and bleed the brakes real quick, maybe fly back here and get a couple of hours in the yard, and still be able to get out a while (can't promise though, got a lot to do in the yard yet).
But Man I would love to do some WOT on the Robert Moses, like the good old days
(I'd be coming from the east, so I'd hit the causeway and dump
off on ocean beach, do I go past the OLD OBI (it would be on my left) or WHAT ???

it'll be on the RIGHT....on the land side, not the beach side
