Just finished porting my blower
Still talking about the screwed up rotors????????????????
Y'all did see the post by Brian stating that the customer knew the rotors would need to be swapped and agreed. Sounds to me like it was a situation that the customer needed the blower quick, and would rather switch the rotors than wait for a good core to arrive.
I have trouble believing that Apten would ship out a blower with rotors like that...unless you shipped it to them that way....in that case, I bet they would offer to sell you new rotors.
Common guys....keep up with the thread...LOL

Alot different as far as condition is concerned. Of course I sent my own in and didn't do the core exchange thing.
The swapping rotor packs has got me confused. Aren't clearances super tight? All rotor packs can't be the exact same size and neither can the cases. What happens when someone swaps big rotor packs into a little case?

they are all the same when we do them. The difference is that we constantly retest and refine our product and a few times that means revising the work and patterns. We have been able to make small improvments in efficiency on the first ones that were showing 30+ RWHP on. We never stop trying to improve our product, even if the improvments are very minor.

Aren't you the one that started getting pictures together to copy the work? I thought i read that from you a few weeks ago.
You involvment in this thread as a negative presence could be interpreted as a benifit to you based on the fact that you are now home porting these for people.
