Quick question...

I know that a 99+ Expy console are the ones you wnat for the center console mod, but I've also heard that a Navigator console will fit also, does anyone know what years those are?

I have the Navigator console in my truck....I believe it was an 01'...It was tan, so I painted gray, and I think it came out great.....The only main difference I think was in the size of the lid...On Expy's and Navs with armwrests on the inside of the chairs, the console lid was more narrow...Mine has the wider lid...I am pretty sure from 2000 and up, they all have the wide lid, and that is the one you want...

you need to go in and dremel that white part of the frame off so it sits flush in the front. Also looks like you could use some carpet padding to push the carpet up flush to the bottom of the console as well. Just a couple tips from a fellow console owner.

Well i found one, it's trashed, but I'll clean it up. It came out of a 2000 Expedition, I'm gonna have to apint it too, I didnt even know that they came in this color...

Time to get to cleaning!!

anyone who has done this mod and kept the stock seats, can you give me info on how you got the stock seats cut down? thanks

Ok, so I've got the console all cleaned up, but I didnt get the brackets that go on the frame its self...

I tried searching, but couldnt find the thread that has the part numbers in it, could someone help me out if they know it?
