Hmmm, something doesn't sound right. My company has shipped many hazardous materials into California. I even shipped a drum of Xylene to a member here. Maybe you can go to an Automotive Paint Supply Store and see if they can order you in some paint. I know California does have some restrictive laws. Is it an aerosol can you are looking for. If so, maybe aersols are restricted.

If there is a NAPA out there, they should be able to mix the paint for you. My friend works at a NAPA in town and they can mix just about any color I guess....I know they can do Sonic Blue

I went to the paint aisle at the local advanced auto parts. they had plastikote paint in aersol cans. They had Oxford White so i got a can of it to paint some plastic pieces. I want to paintsome stuff under the hood but dont know what the process is to make it stick and look right.
