The heads appear to be fine, #3 had a couple of scrapes from piston debris.
But to be sure.....I am taking the heads to the machine shop and having them checked out to make sure there are no bent valves or any other problems.

How long did it take you to pull it?

Also, do you happen to know what RPM it blew at?

Sure it's covered by warranty. Just bolt the big pieces back together, dump the rest in the pan, and add oil and antifreeze. Get someone to give you a good push to 25 mph, and just coast into the lot. Try cranking it with a couple of the salesmen watching, then explain that it made a bad rattling sound and quit. Turn it over to the service dept, and watch the sparks fly!

Now that would be hilarious. I picture that scene in "Tommy Boy" when Chris Farley looks at David Spade when his car door falls off the hinge and says "What'd you do?" Please do this and video tape it.

I don't think getting into the elevens means you have to destroy the block. If you maintain some semblence of reason with your tune/boost, you can run mid to high eleven passes and not blow ***** up.

I think this fellow was trying to blow his up...but I am not for sure on that.

Rocks

I wasnt exactly "trying" to blow it up, but lets just say I knew I was pushing my luck

If I was "trying" I would have left the nitrous on it with the KB

I remember when I first started reading this board, the stock block wasn't supposed to be good for more than ~14psi on the Eaton.
