The all mighty Z06 is not as almighty as you think my good buddy has one and works for chevy so it has some goodies, But he still always manages to run slower in the 1/4 then me. When they were both stock is the only time he had me but it was a very slight advantage couple tenths at most. To all the experts those things are insanely hard to launch with out traction control on wich defetes the purpose. I know I have sceen them run low 12's with slicks but most vette owners don't even have street slicks So I say good win even if he did have a problem THATS RACING you wonldn't ask if it was a the track and he broke out or missed a shift NOW if this was on the highway we would be getting there about 30 min later than the vette...

OK, I was a bit harsh. I really DO hope our trucks can give a Z06 a run for their money, I have just not had the best of luck with the few that I raced and have also read where they are low 12 second cars. The ones I raced were at the track, so maybe those drivers are better or are more familiar with launches etc. It was just hard for me to believe a stock L can "fly away" from a Z06. If you did, thats great. I wasnt there so I should have just ****.

I've got a black 02, bone stock with mild tint. I fly r/c airplanes off of 110th street over by 475. I'll be on the lookout for ya.
