I'd pay more for an awd, paddle shift option on the '05 L.

There's no way this battle between Ford & Dodge will go over 500 horsepower. We are having so much problems keeping 400-425 one the ground (modified). I think Ford would be better matching the 500 and throwing in the AWD option. I know, the weight issue and payload is in the pooper. But really, that would be much better. These trucks have to be driveable. When I stomp on mine, that damn thing is sideways all the time. I have to back off it...... and there goes the competion right buy me.

I do like the F1 paddle shifter though that is sweet.

Dodge SRT-10 is just putting the sports car in a truck

The Lightning is the sports car!

It's the muscle car wars of the 60's again. Everything goes in cycles. Look at all the different performance vehicles that are made today. It's almost kind of scary to think that any Tom, **** or Harry can walk into a showroom floor and drive out of there with a vehicle that is pushing 400 hp if not more.

We better enjoy it while it's here.
