how safe is this site?

if you really wanted im sure you could take it to court but good luck fighting a big company like ford in court. even if you could, with the money spent on a lawyers you could buy a new lightning and make it go 10s!!

Iam with blown318, Iam leaving it stock, until my warranty is up. Besides it's so powerful, why would any one need more power?

Yes it is admissible!

(d) Statements which are not hearsay.
(2) Admission by party-opponent. The statement is offered against a party and is
(A) the party's own statement, in either an individual or a representative capacity or


you need 2 things to get Ford's attention
1. enough people with the same exact problem to form a class
2. A judge to certify the class action lawsuit.

Then.
Ford will settle rather than go through the suit, INCLUDING attorney fees of course.

something tells me Ford would win in most cases.... and they should, if you broke the warranty contract then its not their fault...... blah blah blah, pay to play, blah blah blah ... ok Im done.
