I want to post a non - warranty issue that i trying to ultimately get Ford to warranty....does Ford moniter this forum? Will I screw myself when I go to the dealership and they are waiting for me?

 

from what I hear they DO monitor this site so I would watch what you say if you don't want them to *** you!

what happened when you rolled into Ford?

 

they said we are voiding your warranty because we read on the internet that you have a chip. they also said that they printed it out if i would like to see it. they knew it was me because i have my location on the left and my build number was in my sig...

 

I will be removing my location from my sig

 

My engine knocked when I picked it up from the dealer at 2500 miles. I stated that I would bet that they dry started the motor and all hell broke loose. Ford definitely reads this forum along with NLOC. Ultimately the motor was defective from the factory but it took 5 weeks to get a new motor because of my rant which caused a full Ford investigation.

I ALWAYS get my warranty work done with no hassle at my local ford dealer.
I don't know why u guys mod your trucks......
Its just plain stupid and dangerous if u ask me.........
