I' am going to get flamed for this, MOST of us are in our 20's and will do stupid things from time to time, there are consiquences, penalties, and often heart ache when someone sustains a loss. I'am 27 and have done alot of stupid things in my life and even went to jail for no insurance X2 and Driving while suspended and I' am a person who will admit his mistakes. Luckily all of my Speeding and Driving while suspended and Driving with no Insurance charges were all Highway Trafic Act charges and not Canadian Criminal Code therefore I have no crimianl record I buy a average of 5 New vehicles a year and I have yet to meet a dealer that lets me off the lot without a faxed copy of a insurance card Alternatively, I have gotten dealer plated for over night.

I drink, Smoke and take strong pain killers for a constant back ache and muscle spasms, But at least I can walk. I' am still as dumb as a post I race My Lightning drive at warp speeds and still get caught all the time It is not smart and I will do it on rural roads with no traffic and will not speed excessively with a passenger and I always drive the speed limit with Kids in the truck. If you are in your 20's you can do stupid things. When you close in on 30 you wonder why you did those stupid things.

 

I have an amen for several people. I'm fairly young and I think everyone on this board has done something stupid in their life. If they say they havent they are f#$%^&* liars. Well with that out in the open, " why can't everyone just get along" (haha). The bible says "let he who has no sins cast the first stone". Anyway sorry about your truck man.

DarkShadow03, congrats on trying to do the right thing. Sometimes things just snowball in the wrong direction, and it's not until the dust settles that you realize the damage. I know one thing -- I'd open a big can of whoopass on two friends. Not because I hated them, but just because they deserve it. And if the cop was around when I discovered the smell and stains in my L, he'd probably have to help me pull my foot out of my friends butt so he could lock me up.

 

yeah, like i said a while ago i turned 21 in september, so im still new to being out and drinking (have drank at home before, but not at bars...) so trying to figure out the whole car/home/whos sober to drive thing is still new to me. i gave the car to a friend who wasnt drinking, and i got flamed for all sorts of crap. the cig smells came out, and the dr pepper stain came out, and he got stuck with a big ticket, so in the end it all worked out. but as i posted earlier in this thread im sticking just to technical questions and or advice. people tend to preach too much if you give them a chance. "give 'em an inch, they take a mile"

man, i cant believe what ive started. im really not approving of this board lately. every other thread ive started, someone has said somethin smart back at me. before i had an L and posted on the other threads, i never got flamed once. and now even my thread that i got flamed for is getting other people flamed for other things. this really sucks. im contemplating not posting anymore. this thread has changed over the years...now its just anybody who thinks hes a tuff guy talks a bunch of crap, when half of it would never had even been contemplated if the person was face to face. i agree, cant we all just get along? we all have ONE great thing in common...we all drive one of the best trucks in the world!!! lets celebrate the fact that we are all lucky enough to be so blessed to own such a specailty vehicle...lots of others can barely afford bus fares. please guys....lets just talk trash about how much faster one truck is to another, not about rumor spreading or stupid decisons. were all grown ups here...time we all started acting like it. im also including myself in that last statement.

Simply because anything and everything that comes out of your mouth is a sad attempt to make people feel bad for you. How's the drugs sales you ask ? I can tell you that my externship is with the Wayne county prosecutor's office (DETROIT, MICH)
and I WILL NOT deal on Drunk driving and many prosecutor's that I know will not either.
