I know Nick and I have dealt with Jim. Who do I trust more? Well, do I even have to ask that question? I would volunteer to host the audio tape of the phone conversations, but I'm not sure if they are legal. If Nick says he has them he has them.
Im saying was there a misunderstanding of what was supposed to get done.. on either end....

The original post did NO BASHING. He stated the issue he was dealing with.

The fact that you read it and perceived it as, bashing, proves that you are seeing the injustice done here also....LOL.

If everyone that gets porked by a vendor here simply takes it and assumes they are alone, the vendors will soon be able to run rampant over anyone they choose.

Maybe you should relax your sphinctor a bit and give Jim a chance to answer to the allogations himself.

This is the proper forum for it since it is also his store front.

Good point…

However follow me on this for a moment. Let’s say someone starts a thread complaining about a poor product or service and after 6-7 pages of the usual drama, the vendor in question chimes in and the problem is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Would you rather see how a potential vendor handles such issues or would you rather not know when it comes time for you to decide who you want to make your next purchase from? As a customer myself I prefer to see how vendors handle issues such as this and if vendors are going to offer products on a site such as this one, where they have direct contact with their customers, then they should expect to have their “issues” aired publicly.

You don’t see anyone from say RPM Outlet posting in defense of their customer service and after reading several posts of horror stories I will not consider them when I make a purchase.

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is an excellent post. Very well put and easy to comprehend. It is right to the point of why we need to be allowed to air these issues.

Nice Post!!!!!!!!!

Aryton i stand behind JDM's products therefore i support them.. But handling a situation is one aspect.. ripping on a company before they can respond is another.. which is happening here... im all for having intelligent comments about the situation, but i do not see a need for 6-7 pages of bashing.. if the original was posted, and people made sensible comments.. fine.. but right off the back, the useless comments arise......

and Rocks... i never said the first post was about bashing... i said this was going to turn into a JDM bashing post and it has.. go read my first post on page one....
