For all you guys who have changed thier plugs before What plugs would you recomend for my setup? How often would you change plugs on a daily driver and any tips to ease the pain on the first plug change? Thanks

Like I say I'm a walking commercial for Denso's
I've tried Stock, NGK + Denso's
I found the Denso's to have the best ET, all around performance,
and idle.

I would reccommend IT-22's,

The Densos are an excellent choice. IT-20s or 22s. My second choice would be the NGK TR-6s. If your not making over 12#s of boost, Id get the IT-20s. As far as the Berus, Ill try them this weekend.
