Reflash and Dyno how much does it cost Jeff's Bolt sound like fun.
And no down time waiting on the ECU to come back.

Ouch seems a little steep BOP does the reflash for $250.00 I have access to a Mustang dyno here with a wide band o2 only will run me about $65.00 to dyno it. BUT I guess you get what you pay for still is very temping I may make a go at it.

If you dyno there at home and it is not where you want it to be you still have to get reflashed, so then back to where ever did it originally. email me at therealgeronimo@rocketmail.com for some other flash options.
