Question Which ones? TR5 or TR6... I'm confused...

After installing Autolite 103's and having some major idle problems along with "flat" acceleration. I have put the L in the garage and she's not coming out until she gets some different plugs. It was recommended to me to go with TR6s but after doing some searching, I'm not so sure this is a good idea. Currently, I have a bone stock truck that is my daily driver. My only "performance" mod thus far is the stock air box mod. I plan on going with a 2# or 4# in the future with the 90MM and a chip. However, right now I have nothing but my swiss cheese air box.

Anyway, should I go with the TR5s or just stick with the TR6s that I ordered? BTW, I always put 93 octane in the truck and I live in Ohio.

Do I have the part #s correct???

TR5 = 2238
TR6 = 4177

I do not want to change the plugs again anytime soon unless mods call for different plugs.

You guys are the best,

Jim

TR6s are fine, we use them in stock trucks.

What plug do you reccommend for 14-16 #'s of boost.
