Sounds like a sweet ride. I have had and still have my share of 5.0 Mustangs and love them. Warning: You'll love the car and mod it as much as the Lightning. They are so fun and cheap to make fast....in comparison to the L.

Don, personally I think it sucks. You should however buy the car, take out that silly 351W and put a bone stock 5.0 in it for daily driver duty. Being the good bud that I am, I will even take that raggedy old 351 off your hands (for the AC cobra) and in return give you a stock 5.0 with only 140k miles on it!!!!!

Actually, sounds like a sweet ride, I say go for it!
