Nice pics!

Is it just me, or does it look like the rotors have been rubbing on the case in those pics?

Maybe they are self-clearancing?

Thank you for the information Justin. The casting Suavy posted as a Magnum Powers has a stock 112 case. That is all I had to go by. Is the case you are doing something different than the one Suavy showed? Do you have a picture of the case?

As for the bearings I was told that the stock eaton has double roller bearings. Maybe someone else has definitive information.
Thank you Justin.

Calightnin,

My case is not a stock 112 case. If I recall mine was like the second blower of this type that was produced it is a proto type. Mine has no boost by pass and no sound deadening holes. It was casted with out them. I have not seen the production version yet. Believe me you could hear my truck coming a mile away. I have a video of when my head gasket blew every one said my truck sounded like a jet taking off.

Just my 2 cents.

Suavy,

Is this blower loud even cruising down the road? Or just under full throttle?

You can here it I'd say 25% more than stock but under wide open it sounds like a jet. I'll try to get some one to help me convert my video so I can post it.

Justin, what kind of gains would I be looking at over stock with stock boost levels and stock programming. Is this a true bolt-on type item? ie. can I swap it out without having to reprogram the computer?

Nice Pics Justin!!

I have one question. Why were the noise suppression holes eliminated?
