Question Lightning Logo need photoshop help

I bet some of you wondered why I only showed the drivers side in pictures. Well the body shop screwed up the passenger side, and while not as bad also screwed the hood up a little. While it is getting redone I want to have a lightning logo painted into the stripe.

I am having my friend who does vinyl signs for a living, layout the stripe on his computer. He ordered me some special material that he can put into his cutter, which is made for custom auto paint jobs. Once we design the stripe and cut it, I will bring this to the autobody shop.

He would need a pair of LIGHTNING logos angled in each direction with no backround, so he can insert them into the stripe. This way once the stripe is done, the body shop can peel off the Lightning logo revealing the silver, and then claear coat over the whole front end.

Thanks
Don

Ya I got your e-mail

I didn't want to reply and add to the threat of infecting you with the worm.

Even though I think you have it, LOL

I dont have the worm - BUT since I have been getting bounce report emails for the past few days - it is clear that somewhere someone from these sites is still infected and is still sending email as me....

Thumbs up Thanks Doug

I just got back from Marty's shop and we used the file from your web site. He designed the new stripe in his computer and then inserted the Lightning logo where it would have been. So now some of your handy work will be on the truck

Thanks

If anyone needs any computer graphics done, let me know, Marty does awesome work

Well it will be a nice stripe
here is the kit my friend Marty made up for me. All the main stripes will now be 11 inches wide, and the door stripes will be 1/2 inches narrower than it is now.

If you look at this pic, you can see the fender stripe is 10.5 inches wide, and the hood stripe is only 9.5 inches

In this pic you can see the right hand stripe. If you look the strip starts at 10.5 inches at the top and by the time in gets to the door stripe it is 12.5 inches.

Now with the computer generated paint mask template everything will be the same. The fender and hood stripes are now all 11 inches wide exactlly. The 1/8th and 1/4 inch accent stripes are all consistantlly the same. So as long as the guy who paints the truck can applly the template correctlly I will have a awesome truck.

We made a test fit last night and everything lines up perfect.
