Hey Aaron (aka ST.ELMO'SFIRE), it'll be interesting to see what times your truck puts down this weekend compared to mine which is 'bone' stock.

During my only trip to the strip, my best 1/8 mile time was:

60' 2.239
330 6.032
1/8 9.101
mph 80.60

I was running on the F1's with about 24psi in the rears. When we get back from the strip Sunday night, it'll be interesting to compare our times side-by-side.

I'll swing by Saturday, and we'll go racing Sunday!!!

Oh, btw my guess is that with 'traction' you'll be in the 8.3-8.5 range in the 1/8 mile with a trap speed in the high 80's.

I ran 8.8's the first time out just mashing it when I saw green. Then I made some homemade spring clamps for the rear springs. The next time out I feathered the launch and ran 8.4's several times with 1.9 60's.
This last time out the weather was perfect 66deg and I had installed some lakewoods and ran a 8.26 @84.54 with a 1.8 60' on stock F1's.

Learning how to Launch the L is key:
What I do (on stock F1's):
Tire pressure set at 25psi
I launch from a dead idle (foot OFF the gas)
I give it 1\2 to 3\4 throttle until I hook then I punch it to
the floor.

If you can hook-up 8.3 - 8.5 if not 8.8's

good luck
