no at the moment you don't need them, but i'd get them anyway, since it has to be done, and the stock ones might even be more $$$

 

before you buy anything drop the tank and make sure thehose clamp(pinch clamp) didn't come loose(this is a very common thing that happens on the 99's). this may be the case if so your looking at the time you took to drop tank and about 5 - 10 bucks in new hose clamps for all the connections to fix if in fact the pump went out upgrage to the 255 pumps that sal psp sells
